Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following guidelines:

Custom Products

  • Due to the nature of personalized items, we cannot accept returns unless:
    • The product is defective or damaged.
    • You received the wrong item.

Digital Products

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Non-Customized Products

  • Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt if:
    • The product is unused and in original condition.
    • It includes all original packaging and tags.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us

    • Email us at support@madeforyours.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Include clear photos if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. Approval Process

    • Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
  3. Return Shipping

    • Once approved, send the item to the return address provided.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  4. Inspection & Refund

    • After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products (except in cases of damage or defects).
  • Digital products (downloads or gift cards).
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after the 14-day window.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we can exchange it for the correct item.
  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, we cannot process cancellations.
  • Digital Downloads: Cannot be canceled after payment confirmation.
