- The wrong item was sent.
- Digital Products: Refunds are not available for digital downloads once accessed or downloaded.
- Non-Custom Products: Refunds are available for non-customized items returned in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Refund Process

- For defective or damaged items, attach clear photos to your email.

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with instructions.

Refund Timeline:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Digital downloads and gift cards.
- Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 14 days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of minor wear due to handling during delivery or items that are missing parts not caused by us.
Cancellation Refunds
- Orders canceled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.
- Orders canceled after production has started are not eligible for a refund.
